June 16 Explore cosmopolitan
London on a Red Double-decker Bus Tour to get your
bearings: See Buckingham Palace, Tower of London, Big
Ben, Piccadilly Circus, St. Paul's Cathedral, Trafalgar Square.
Guided walk up Whitehall past #10 Downing Street.
Tonight we ride the London Eye for a view you'll
never forget!
Fri.
June 17 Today we start with
the Tower of London and a Beefeater Tour.
You'll see the fabulous Crown Jewels, and go inside
the symbol of London, the Tower Bridge. Guided
walk of the West End Theatre District, shopping time at Covent
Garden Markets. After checking out the Half Price
Ticket Booth on Leicester Square, we attend a West
End Show.

June 18 Today we shop! Antiques in Portobello
Road Market, china at Harrods, or studs and
piercings at Camden Lock Market. You choose!
The adventurous might even take an excursion to Shakespeare's
Stratford-Upon-Avon or Jane Austen's Bath.
Sun.
June 19 In the cast room at
Victoria & Albert Museum, every famous sculpture
is impersonated! In the afternoon we see the original Rosetta
Stone and the Elgin Marbles from the Greek Parthenon.
Climb the dome of St. Pauls Cathedral, symbol of
British resistance during the Blitz. Tonight we are invited
to the Ceremony of the Keys at the Tower of London.
Mon.
June 20 We
board the Eurostar high-speed train for a 100-mph
ride under the English Channel to Paris!
Get to know the City of Light with your guided walking tour:
Notre Dame Cathedral, the fabulous stained glass
of St. Chapelle, Marie Antoinette's prison
in la Conciergerie, the Latin Quarter, and
Place St. Michel (where barricades went up during
the revolution, Les Mis style.) Shop trendy
booths on the Left Bank. Tonight we ascend
the Eiffel Tower for the view of a lifetime!
Tues.
June 21 This morning we wander
the Louvre to see the Mona Lisa, Winged Victory,
and Venus de Milo. Then it's a special visit
to the Paris Opera House Opera Garnier (where Phantom
was set.) After a climb to the top of the Arc de
Triomphe, we walk and shop our way down the Champs
Elysees.
Wed.
June 22 Unforgettable train
excursion out to the fabulous Palace of Versailles.
The fabulous Hall of Mirrors has just been renovated
and is now open to the public. We might even be able to ride
bikes through the extensive gardens. . .
Thurs.
June 23 This
morning we shop in an open-air market not far from
our hotel. In the afternoon it's a "must see" for the dreamy
Impressionist masterpieces at the Musee d'Orsay and
people-watching from the island park on the river.
Fri.
June 24 Today is completely
free to do whatever you like in Paris! Shop until you
drop, explore a gigantic flea market, wander the medieval
streets of the Left Bank, see any of dozens of museums.
Or just sit in a Parisian cafe and watch the world go by.
For our last night in Paris, it's a magical Evening
Boat Ride on the River Seine!

June 25 Fly
home, arriving in SLC late in the evening of the same day
with memories for a lifetime!
