Wed. June 15 Settle back in the plane for our overnight flight to London!

Thurs. June 16 Explore cosmopolitan London on a Red Double-decker Bus Tour to get your bearings: See Buckingham Palace, Tower of London, Big Ben, Piccadilly Circus, St. Paul's Cathedral, Trafalgar Square. Guided walk up Whitehall past #10 Downing Street. Tonight we ride the London Eye for a view you'll never forget!

Fri. June 17 Today we start with the Tower of London and a Beefeater Tour. You'll see the fabulous Crown Jewels, and go inside the symbol of London, the Tower Bridge. Guided walk of the West End Theatre District, shopping time at Covent Garden Markets. After checking out the Half Price Ticket Booth on Leicester Square, we attend a West End Show.

Sat. June 18 Today we shop!  Antiques in Portobello Road Market, china at Harrods, or studs and piercings at Camden Lock Market.  You choose!  The adventurous might even take an excursion to Shakespeare's Stratford-Upon-Avon or Jane Austen's Bath.

Sun. June 19 In the cast room at Victoria & Albert Museum, every famous sculpture is impersonated! In the afternoon we see the original Rosetta Stone and the Elgin Marbles from the Greek Parthenon. Climb the dome of St. Pauls Cathedral, symbol of British resistance during the Blitz. Tonight we are invited to the Ceremony of the Keys at the Tower of London.

Mon. June 20 We board the Eurostar high-speed train for a 100-mph ride under the English Channel to Paris! Get to know the City of Light with your guided walking tour: Notre Dame Cathedral, the fabulous stained glass of St. Chapelle, Marie Antoinette's prison in la Conciergerie, the Latin Quarter, and Place St. Michel (where barricades went up during the revolution, Les Mis style.) Shop trendy booths on the Left Bank.  Tonight we ascend the Eiffel Tower for the view of a lifetime!

Tues. June 21 This morning we wander the Louvre to see the Mona Lisa, Winged Victory, and Venus de Milo. Then it's a special visit to the Paris Opera House Opera Garnier (where Phantom was set.) After a climb to the top of the Arc de Triomphe, we walk and shop our way down the Champs Elysees.

Wed. June 22 Unforgettable train excursion out to the fabulous Palace of Versailles. The fabulous Hall of Mirrors has just been renovated and is now open to the public. We might even be able to ride bikes through the extensive gardens. . .

Thurs. June 23 This morning we shop in an open-air market not far from our hotel. In the afternoon it's a "must see" for the dreamy Impressionist masterpieces at the Musee d'Orsay and people-watching from the island park on the river.

Fri. June 24 Today is completely free to do whatever you like in Paris!  Shop until you drop, explore a gigantic flea market, wander the medieval streets of the Left Bank, see any of dozens of museums.  Or just sit in a Parisian cafe and watch the world go by.   For our last night in Paris, it's a magical Evening Boat Ride on the River Seine!

Sat. June 25 Fly home, arriving in SLC late in the evening of the same day with memories for a lifetime!
