Hold Harmless Agreement

By choosing to travel with Red Umbrella Tours, you agree to the following:

1. Red Umbrella Tours is responsible only for the acts and omissions of its employees. It is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control, such a strikes, government restrictions, acts of God, etc. I agree to release Red Umbrella Tours, its agents and employees, from all claims arising out of such events, acts or omissions.

2. No responsibility is incurred by Red Umbrella Tours for expenses incurred by the loss of passport, luggage, personal property, airline tickets, etc.

3. I accept financial liability for any damage or injury I may cause while participating in a Red Umbrella Tour.

4. If I become ill, injured or incapacitated, Red Umbrella Tours may obtain medical treatment for me, at my expense. Red Umbrella Tours has no responsibility for personal injury.

5. Any pictures taken of me may be used for future promotional materials for Red Umbrella Tours, including placing them on its website. I understand that my name will not be used without my permission.

6. I am responsible for obtaining and carrying my own passport and any necessary visas. I understand that inability to obtain these documents does not constitute grounds for withdrawal with refund.

7. I agree not to use illegal drugs.

8. If I wish to cancel my tour reservation, I must do so in writing. No refunds will be possible after airfare has been purchased. Only partial refunds will be possible before that, depending upon expenses already incurred.

9. I agree to hold harmless Red Umbrella tours, its agents and employees.
